青芳竹博士自2015年参加工作以来,在CVD石墨烯可控制备、生长机制、表面结构/缺陷控制等方面,有良好的研究基础,是多项国家自然基金项目及省部级项目的负责人,在石墨烯薄膜制备领域具有丰富的研究经验。其关于石墨烯制备过程中污染碳源的确定,可以合理地解释文献中石墨烯生长方面的分歧,对研究石墨烯的生长热、动力学具有极大的指导意义,并有助于提高石墨烯薄膜制备的可靠性与可控性。在石墨烯表征方面,青芳竹博士发展并完善了用范德堡-霍尔法评价石墨烯电输运性能的方法,可以更加方便准确的测量大面积石墨烯薄膜的电学性能,对石墨烯表征标准的建立具有重要意义。代表论文:1.
